摘要
文章叙述了印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)可制造性设计的必要性,阐述了可制造性设计的内容和实施步骤,并结合实例,采用可制造性设计(Design For Manufacturability,DFM)软件进行PCB可制造性分析,根据分析结果在三维方向对电路板做出相应的修改和完善,取得了较好的效果。
In this paper the necessity of PCB design for manufacture has been discussed. The content and implementation steps of design for manufacturing are described. DFM software is used to execute design for manufacture with examples. According to the analyze results; the PCB is modified perfectly in 3D direction, which gets good effect.
