介绍了地县级供电企业科技项目立项管理流程和立项材料编制应注意的事项,提出了地县级供电企业研究开发类成果在编写可研报告、估算编制,以及项目计划简表等立项材料时的相关建议.
The technology project at the county level power supply enterprise project management process and project materials are introduced;suggestions for the county level power supply enterprise research and development achievements of feasibility report, budget estimation, project profile and other project materials compiling are given, which have a certain reference role in regulating technology project material document form.
