摘要
水轮机调速器是水轮发电机组的重要控制设备，甩额定负荷后的调节时间是其主要技术指标之一，我国和国际电工委员会（IEC）有关标准均有严格规定，本文对影响甩额定负荷后水轮机调速器调节时间的因素做一综述，并就如何按IEC标准要求调整调速器参数，开发微机电调甩负荷变参数功能，以达到缩短调节时间的目的进行了探讨。
Hydraulic turbine governor is one of the important control devices of hydrogenerating set,regulating time after the unit trip with rated load is a main technical index specified on the standards published by China and IEC.The factors affecting the regulating time and the way to set the PID parameters for satisfying the requirement on IEC standard raised in this article.
