摘要
阴阳学说是中医学重要基本理论之一,用于指导疾病的诊断、治疗和预防。血管新生是当前生物医学领域的研究热点,与缺血性疾病和血管异常增生性疾病的治疗有着非常密切的关系。血管新生主要由促进血管生长和抑制血管生长两类功能相反的因子调控,颇似阴阳学说中阴和阳之间的对立统一关系。从阴阳学说的角度,探讨血管新生与人体生理病理之间的密切关系、血管新生在血管相关性疾病治疗中的应用、中医药在此类疾病临床治疗中的优势等方面的问题。
Yin-yang theory is one of the important basle meones oI t^nlnese medicine ,guiding the dinagnosis treatment and prevention. Angiogenesis has a very close relationship with the treatment of ischemic disease and vascu lar dysplasia. Angiogenesis is mainly regulated by promoting-vascular growth factors and inhibiting-vascular growth factors, just like yin and yang in yin-yang theory. The relationship between angiogenesis and physiology and patholo gy, the application of angiogenesis in the treatment of vascular diseases and the advantages of Chinese medicine in clinical treatment of vascular diseases were discussed from yin-yang theory.
