摘要
目的：探讨腹膜后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术（RPLU）治疗输尿管结石的护理方法及体会。方法回顾性分析本院收治的46例中上段输尿管结石患者施行RPLU的护理方法及效果。结果46例手术均获成功，术中无大出血者。术后2例发生尿漏，无严重并发症发生。术后5~7 d出院。46例随访6~31个月，肾盂积水均明显减轻，无输尿管切开处狭窄及残余结石。结论RPLU具有创伤小、恢复快、净石率高等优点，是治疗输尿管中上段结石的首选方法。而良好的术前、术后护理是确保手术成功和患者早日康复的关键。
Objective To explore the nursing way and experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy（RPLU） for ureteral calculi.Methods The nursing methods and effects of forty-six cases with middle or upper ureteral calculi, who underwent RPLU in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the operations were successfully with no large intraoperative blood loss. Urinary leakage postoperative occurred in two patients, but had no severe complications occurred. The postoperative hospital stay were five to seven days. During the follow-up （six to thirty-one months）, hydronephrosis obviously improved, and no ureteric stricture or recurrent calculus were found in forty-six patients.Conclusion The RPLU has advantages of minimal invasion, quick recovery and high stone clearance, and can be used as the first choice in the treatment of middle or upper ureteral calculi. Better preoperative and postoperative nursing are the key to successful operation and early recovered of patients.
