瑞格列奈与盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病临床效果研究 被引量:32

摘要 目的探讨采用瑞格列奈联合盐酸二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法收集来我院治疗的130例初诊2型糖尿病患者,按照治疗方法分为对照组及观察组各65例,分别在糖尿病教育、饮食控制及运动治疗的基础上采用瑞格列奈单独治疗、瑞格列奈联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗,比较治疗效果。结果对照组及观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯及胆固醇水平在治疗后均出现降低,但观察组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的空腹血糖达标率、不良反应发生率高于对照组,餐后2 h血糖达标率及瑞格列奈平均用量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者采用瑞格列奈及盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗能够使患者血糖得到有效的控制,瑞格列奈单独治疗对餐后2 h血糖的控制的效果优于联合治疗。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of repaglinide combined metformin hydrochloride in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 130 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were collected in our hospital and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, each of 65 cases, they were given repaglinide monotherapy, mefformin repaglinide combination therapy on the basis of diabetes education, diet and exercise therapy, respectively. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride and cholesterol levels of the control group and the ob- servation group after treatment were lower than before treatment, but the difference in the observation group before and after treatment were significant (P〈0.05). Fasting blood glucose ratio, incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group, postprandial 2 h blood glucose ratio and the average amount of repaglinide were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈O.05). Conclusion In type 2 diabetic patients with repaglinide and metformin combination therapy enables effective control of blood glucose, postprandial 2 h repaglinide monotherapy on glycemic control is more effective than combination therapy.
