摘要
目的 探讨腰硬联合阻滞复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在下肢手术中的应用效果.方法 选择我院2013年1～6月间收治的100例择期行下肢手术患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者使用腰硬联合阻滞复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉方案,对照组患者只使用腰硬联合阻滞麻醉方案,比较两组患者生命体征指标变化、麻醉效果及麻醉时间.结果 麻醉前和停止麻醉时两组患者一般生命体征均较平稳,未见显著变化（P＞0.05）;观察组患者麻醉效果优于对照组,麻醉时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腰硬联合阻滞复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在下肢手术中有积极作用,在保证患者生命体征平稳的情况下,可提高麻醉效果和效率,有助于减轻患者的围手术期风险.
Objective To investigate the effect of waist hard joint anesthesia and propofol in the lower extremity＇s surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with lower extremity＇s surgery from Jan to Jun 2013 were divided into the observation group and control group. The waist hard joint anesthesia was used in the control group and the propofol was additional used in the observation group. The anesthesia effect and anesthesia time were compared between the two groups. Results Generally vital signs of patients in two groups were relatively stable, had no significant change（P〉0.05）. The anesthesia effect and anesthesia time of the observation group were better or less than that in the control group, had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Waist hard joint anesthesia compound propofol intravenous anesthesia in lower extremity surgery have a positive role, with stable vital signs, can improve the effect of anesthesia and effi- ciency, help to reduce patients perioperative risk.
