摘要
采用斜剪试验方法评价水泥混凝土桥面与沥青混凝土层间抗剪强度。针对影响层间抗剪强度的几个因素,重点探讨了沥青混合料类型、沥青混合料压实度和黏层材料的黏度及洒铺量对其的影响。试验结果表明:当沥青混合料构造深度水平相当时,层间抗剪强度将随公称最大粒径的增加而增加;但对于公称粒径相同的2种小粒径沥青混合料,悬浮-密实型的沥青混合料的层间抗剪强度更大;层间抗剪强度随沥青混合料压实度的增加而增加;对于不同胶粉含量的橡胶沥青黏层,层间抗剪强度将随橡胶沥青黏度的增加呈现抛物线趋势。
The shear strength between concrete bridge deck and asphalt concrete layer is evaluated by oblique shear test. We respectively discussed the main influencing factors of the interlayer shear strength, including asphalt mixture type, compaction degree of asphalt mixture, viscosity and the distribution of binding layer materials. The test result indicates that (1) when the texture depth of the asphalt mixture is equal, the interlayer shear strength increases with the increase of nominal maximum aggregate size; (2) while to the 2 kinds of small particle sized asphalt mixture which have the same nominal aggregate size, the interlayer shear strength of the asphalt mixture of suspend-dense type is larger; (3) interlayer shear strength increases with the increase of compaction degree of asphalt mixture; (4) to the rubber asphalt layers which have different rubber powder contents, the interlayer shear strength presentes a parabolic trend as the rubber asphalt viscosity increases.
