摘要
陕南移民搬迁是陕西省委、省政府作出的一项重大决策,具有重大的社会现实意义,已经引起了全社会的广泛关注。和以往的移民比较,陕南移民搬迁具有搬迁规模宏大、移民类型多样、搬迁周期长和所需投资大的鲜明特点。本文试图从经济学的视角对陕南移民问题作一些分析,并指出移民必须处理好的若干关系。
Peasents migration of Southern Shaanxi is Shaanxi provincial Party committee, the provincial government to made a great decision-making, have great social and economic signifi-cance, has already caused the extensive concern of the whole society. And previous immigrants in resettlement removal, with large-scale, immigrant types, long period and the invest-ment needed for removal of large features. In this paper, from the angle of economics of immigration issues are analyzed, and point-ed out that immigrants must handle several relations.
