摘要
阐述了蓝星(北京)化工机械有限公司生产的高电流密度自然循环膜极距电解槽运行过程中,受到膜极距电解循环系统管路材质不合要求以及系统管路清洗不彻底2种情况的影响,使得膜极距电解槽不能充分发挥其低电耗、长周期稳定运行的优势。从保证循环系统的材质和系统管路清洗2方面提出了建议。
Because the materials of pipes for electrolyte circulation were unqualified and the pipes were not cleaned thoroughly, membrane-electrode-distance electrolyzers did not bring the advantages, i.e. low power consumption, long term stable running, into full play, in the running of high current density natural circulation electrolyzers with membrane-electrode-distance made by Bluestar (Beijing) Chemical Machinery Co. , Ltd. Suggestions were proposed from two aspects of guaranteeing the materials of circulating system and cleaning the pipes of the system.
