摘要
碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)有着广泛的生物学活性,在多种临床疾病中起着重要的作用。研究发现,许多受体激活后都对bFGF的产生起调控作用,主要通过PLC/IP3/Ca^(2+)/钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶、cAMP/PKA和MEK/MAPK信号传导通路,而bFGF反过来又对受体的数量和活性产生影响。本文就bFGF的产生机制及其在疼痛、抑郁、肿瘤、骨折和心梗中的作用进行综述。
Basic fibroblast growth factor has a wide range of biological activities,and plays an important role in a variety of clinical diseases. Researches find that many receptors play a regulating role in the formation of bFGF, mainly through PLC/ IP3 / Ca2 +/calmodulin dependent protein kinase, cAMP/PKA and MEK/MAPK signal transduction pathway. At the same time, bFGF in turn affects the number and active of receptors. In this paper, the generation mechanism of bFGF and its role in pain, depression, tumor, fracture, and myocardial infarction are reviewed.
