摘要
以酶解木质素(EHL)和胱氨酸为原料,通过Mannich反应制备了胱氨酸改性酶解木质素(EHL-g-Cys)。研究了反应温度、反应时间对EHL-g-Cys的产率和接枝率的影响。红外光谱和元素分析的结果表明胱氨酸已经接枝到EHL分子上。在反应时间为3h,反应温度为90°C,EHL-g-Cys的最大接枝率和产率分别为13.75%和39.72%。同时,EHL-g-Cys对银离子具有良好的吸附性能,较未改性EHL的吸附容量有明显提高。
Lignin grafted with cystine(EHL-g-Cys)was prepared via Mannich reaction. The EHL-g-Cys copolymer was characterized by FTIR, Uv-vis, wide angle X-ray diffraction,TGA and elemental analysis. The results from FTIR spec- trum and elemental analysis of the EHL-g-Cys copolymer showed that cystine monomers had been grafted to the EHL chains. High graft ratio of 13. 75 % and the maximum yield of 39.72 % of EHL-g-Cys were achieved at the reaction temper- ature of 90℃ for 3 h. Furthermore, adsorption of silver ions onto the EHL-g-Cys copolymer was studied. It was found that the EHL-g-Cys copolymer showed much higher adsorption capacity of silver ions (310. 5mg/g)than the raw EHL(205. 7mg/g) because of the introducing of the amine and carboxyl groups into lignin chains. The result indicated that the EHL-g- Cys copolymers had a potential to become effective and economical adsorbents for the removal of silver ions from wastewaters.
