摘要
为了实现稀有金属超细粉末制备中过滤与洗涤2个重要工艺过程的连续操作和高效回收,开发基于高分子滤材的微孔超精密过滤回收技术及具有微孔过滤、搅拌洗涤、压缩气体反吹、排卸滤饼及微孔再生等多功能的设备。结果表明,该技术及设备的过滤精度可达0.3μm,回收效率高达99.99%,5个工作过程在一个密闭容器内一次性完成,减少了资源流失,提高了生产效率,减少了环境污染。
To realize the continuous operation and efficient recovery in the two important processes of filtration and washing in rare metal ultrafine powders preparation, the microporous ultra-precision filtration-recovery technology based on the polymer materials and equipment having many fimctions including microporous filter, stirring and washing, compressed gas blowback,discharging cake and micropore regeneration etc. were developed. The results show that the filtering precision of the technology and equipment can reach up to 0.3 Ixm and the recovery efficiency up to 99.99%. Five working processes can be completed once in a closed container, which reduces the loss of resources, improves the production efficiency and reduces the environment pollution.
