摘要
根据某地铁车辆段检修主厂房的实际几何尺寸及计算参数建立计算模型,采用STAR-CD计算流体力学软件对采用自然通风条件下检修主厂房内温度场、速度场进行了数值模拟研究。计算模型采用RNG K-ε两方程湍流模型,离散化方法采用有限体积法,速度-压力耦合求解采用SIMPLE算法,模拟计算中考虑了检修主厂房内设备散热、照明散热及透过采光天窗的太阳辐射等多种传热过程。根据模拟计算结果,并结合卫生标准,对采用自然通风方式下厂房内的热环境进行了分析和评价。
The calculation model of some metro depot's main maintenance workshop was built according to its actual geometry and calculation parameters. The Numerical Simulation of temperature field and velocity field in the Main Maintenance Workshop was Research by the STAR-CD computational fluid dynamics soflware.RNG k-ε turbulent model is used as the computing model, Finite volume method is used to discretize the computed area and SIMPLE is adopted to couple the velocity and pressure. The heat of the equipments, lights, solar radiation and other heat transfer process were considered in the Simulation of the main maintenance workshop.According to the results of simulation, combined with health standards, thermal environment of the main maintenance workshop with natural ventilation was analyzed and evaluated.
