摘要
本文通过分析当前城乡一体化地籍管理中存在的问题及原因,引入了宗地统一代码及其编码规则,探讨了基于宗地统一代码的城乡一体化地籍数据的组织与管理模式。在此基础上,提出了基于宗地统一代码的城乡一体化地籍管理信息化建设框架。
This paper analyzed the problems and reasons existing in the current integration of urban and rural cadastral management, introduced unified code of parcel and its encoding rules, Investigated the integration of urban and rural cadastral data organization and management model based on the unified code of parcel. On this basis, put forward the framework of integration of urban and rural cadastral management information construction based on unified code of parcel.
