摘要
针对现存的低压电动机保护器保护功能较少、人机交互性差、缺少远程监控功能的现状,给出了一种带远程测控功能的低成本电动机智能保护器的思路。对以单片机为保护处理器的智能保护器存在的几个难点,如对称分量提取、电动机发热模型、交流电参数采集等进行了分析,构建了基于C8051F410为保护、数据采集用和C8051F340为监控用的双MCU的多任务处理电路及其软件流程。结果表明,设计能够满足低压电动机的保护和测控功能。
For the existing situation of low voltage motor protection with less protection function, less human- computer interaction and lack of remote monitoring, this paper proposed design idea of a low-cost intelligent motor protection device with measurement and control functions. By analyzing the difficulty of intelligent motor protection device based on single chip microcomputer such as symmetrical components extraction, AC parameters collection and the model of motor heating, the paper designed hardware circuitry and software process of the device based on dual C8051F410 and C8051F340. The results show that the design meets the low voltage motor protection and control functions.
