摘要
目的 分析评价拉西地平 (司乐平 )对原发性高血压的降压效果及不良反应。方法 运用Meta分析方法 ,对北京、上海、沈阳、哈尔滨及广州 5个地区进行的多中心临床降压试验结果进行定量合并分析。结果 治疗 6周后患者的收缩压和舒张压分别较服药前下降了 2 8mmHg和 15mmHg。主要不良反应为头晕、头痛、心悸、面色潮红等。治疗前后各项实验室检查指标未见显著改变 ,有 1 3%受试者因不能耐受治疗而退出试验。结论 口服拉西地平治疗轻中度原发性高血压病安全、有效。
Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of lacidipine on the patients with essential hypertension.Method The total patients from 33 hospitals in 5 cities,including Shanghai,Beijing,Shenyang,Harbin and Guangzhou,attended the clinical trial.The results of the 5 clinical centres were comprehensive evaluated with Meta-analysis.Result The level of systolic blood pressure was reduced by 28 mmHg,and the diastolic blood pressure decreased by 15 mmHg with lacidipine therapy in 6 weeks later.Dizziness,headache,palpitation and flushing are more common side effects,but most symptoms were mild though 1.3% of all cases withdrew this trial.The laboratory testing had no significant changes.Conclusion Lacidipine is safe and effective as an antihypertensive drug.
