摘要 某住宅楼采用加芯搅拌桩基础,在建成后对出现超限倾斜的六层砌体结构房屋进行检测,综合地勘情况、地基基础施工记录、原位试验、相邻基坑施工影响、桩承载力及沉降复核验算等因素,从勘察、设计、施工、检测四个方面综合分析该建筑倾斜的原因,总结了加芯搅拌桩工程应用中应注意的一些问题,另外对于浅基坑但周边环境复杂时的设计及施工提出了一些建议。总结经验教训,可为类似工程提供参考。 A six-story residential masonry building with concrete cored DCM piles foundation is detected because of transfinite tilt. Reasons of the building tilt are concluded by comprehensively analyzing surveying, design, construction, and detection those four aspects based on geological condition, foundation construction, in-situ test, effects of construction of adjacent foundation pit, capacity of piles, settlement checking and other factors. The paper summarizes some problems that should be paid attention to in the application of core mixing piles. In addition, some suggestions for shallow pit which surrounding environment is complex are puts forward to the design and construction. Summing up the experience and lessons can provide reference for similar project.
