摘要
目的 :探索手指皮肤缺损修复重建的方法 ;方法 :对甲床、指端、指蹼及指脱套伤形成的皮肤缺损 ,根据不同面积及部位进行显微外科皮瓣修复 ;结果 :随访 4～ 1 2月 ,1 42例、1 5 8指、2 4个指蹼 ,除 4例皮瓣边缘坏死 ,余全部存活 ;指端皮肤两点分辨觉2 5～ 3 5mm ;结论 :手指皮肤缺损根据不同位置及面积进行显微修复 ,指端及掌侧皮肤缺损用手指皮瓣修复较好。
Objective:To explore the reconstruction of skin defects of the fingers;Methods:Various areas of the skin defects of the matrix unguis,end,palmar,dorsal,natatoriae,and the degloving injury of the fingers were microsurgical repaired by the different flaps;Results:4～12months of following-up of 142 Cases (158 Fingers) and 24case (natatoriae) revealed that all flaps survived,except the edge necrosis of 4 flaps;two points distinguishing of the fingers were 2.5～3.5mm; Conclusions:Different areas and sites skin defects of fingers can be microsurgical repaired by various flaps.The palmar skin defects and fingers ends should be repaired by the fingers flaps.
