摘要
目的了解锦州市高危人群布鲁氏菌的感染情况,为制定布鲁氏菌防控措施提供依据。方法对到免疫门诊就诊的高危人群采血,检测方法采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)初筛,试管凝集试验(SAT)复检方式进行,试剂在有效期内使用。结果高危人群共1551人,检测出布病血清阳性标本780例,抗体阳性率为50.29%,其中男性阳性标本592例,女性阳性标本188例,男、女阳性率分别为58.38%、35.01%;不同性别、年龄阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);发病时间主要在5月-8月,其中5月-6月份检测924人,占感染总数人数的67.82%。结论该地区人群布鲁氏菌感染率较高,应引起有关部门的高度重视,采取综合性防治措施。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of brucella infection in high risk group in Jinzhou,and provide basis for prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods The rose bengal plate agglutination test( RBPT) for primary screening test and serum agglutination test( SAT) for reconfirmation test were employed in the decetion of brucellosis in the high risk group in the immune clinic. Reagents were used in the period of validity. Results There were 780 seropositive specimens in 1551 brucellosis high-risk cases,the positive rate was 50. 29%,including 592 male specimens and 188 female specimens, and the positive rates of men and women were 58. 38% and 35. 01%,respectively. The positive rates had statistical difference between different genders and different age groups( P 〈0. 01). Onset time of brucellosis was mainly from May to August,especially from May to June,there were 529 positive cases in the two months,accounting for 67. 82% of the total positive cases. Conclusion The infection rate of brucella is higher in Jinzhou city,so more attention and comprehensive prevention measures should be taken to brucellosis hisk-risk population by the relevant department.
