摘要
目的建立固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(SPME-GC-MS)测定塑料食品包装材料中苯系物的方法。方法采用SPME-GC-MS法测定了苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、异丙苯、苯乙烯、苯甲醛9种化合物,对影响固相微萃取效率的纤维涂覆种类、萃取温度、萃取时间、解吸温度和解吸时间进行了优化。结果用75μm CAR/PDMS(Carboxen/聚二甲基硅氧烷)作为萃取头,样品在(80±2)℃下萃取30 min,气相色谱仪进样口温度为220℃下解吸3 min后进行GC-MS测定,苯、甲苯、乙苯的线性范围为2.5μg/L^400.0μg/L,对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、异丙苯的线性范围为1.25μg/L^200.0μg/L,苯乙烯、苯甲醛的线性范围为0.62μg/L^100.0μg/L,检测限均<1.0μg/L。回收率为65%~114%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~8.6%。结论该法前处理步骤简单,快速、准确,结果满意。
Objective A method was developed for extraction and detection of benzene series in plastic food packaging materials using solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( SPME-GC-MS). Methods The concentrations of nine benzene compounds including benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene,p-xylene,m-xylene,o-xylene,isopropylbenzene,styrene and benzaldehyde were determined by SPME-GC-MS. The fibers species,extraction temperature and time, desorption temperature and time were optimized for extraction of nine benzene compounds. Results The samples were extracted in 75 μm CAR / PDMS( carboxen / polydimethylsiloxane) fiber for 30 min at( 80 ± 2) ℃,then desorbed at injection port for 3 min at 220 ℃,finally determined by GC-MS. The linear ranges of benzene,toluene and ethyl benzene were 2. 5 μg / L - 400. 0 μg / L,those of p-xylene,m-xylene,o-xylene and isopropylbenzene were 1. 25 μg / L - 200. 0 μg / L,those of styrene and benzaldehyde were 0. 62 μg / L - 100. 0 μg / L. The detection limits of this method were less than 1. 0 μg / L. The recoveries were 65% - 114% and the RSD was 1. 2% - 8. 6%. Conclusion The described method is simple,rapid,accurate, and it can be applied to determine the benzene series in the plastic packing materials with satisfactory results.
