摘要
目的:探索四逆散合方辨治杂病的思路与方法。方法:解读方药如诠释用药要点、剖析方药配伍、权衡用量比例,合方思路如气郁证与心热证、心阳虚证、心血虚证、心阴虚证、肝热证、肝寒证、肝血虚证、肝阴虚证、脾胃郁热证、脾胃虚寒证、脾胃气阴两虚证、肺热证、肺寒证、肺阴虚证、肺气阴两虚证、肾虚不固证、肾阳虚证、肾阴虚证、肾阴阳俱虚证等相兼,医案助读如四逆散与肾气丸合方辨治围绝经期综合征、与桂枝加附子汤合方辨治病态窦房结综合征。结果:四逆散是《伤寒杂病论》中辨治气郁证的重要基础方,具有良好的治疗作用。结论:运用四逆散不能仅局限于某一病变部位或症状表现,只要审明病变证机是气郁,即可以法选用。
This article was aimed to explore ideas and methods in the practice of Si-Ni-San in the treatment of mis- cellaneous diseases. The interpretation of prescription included interpretation on key points of medication, herbs com- patibility analysis, the ratio of the herb amount, prescription design ideas, such as qi stagnation syndrome and heart heat syndrome, heart yang deficiency syndrome, heart blood deficiency syndrome, heart yin deficiency syndrome, liv- er heat syndrome, liver cold syndrome, liver blood deficiency syndrome, liver y/n deficiency syndrome, spleen-stom- ach stagnant heat syndrome, spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome, spleen-stomach qi yin deficiency syndrome, lung heat syndrome, lung cold syndrome, lung yin deficiency syndrome, lung qi yin deficiency syndrome, kidney defi- ciency syndrome, kidney yang deficiency syndrome, kidney yin deficiency syndrome, kidney yin-yang deficiency syn- drome. In the book of Yi-An-Zhu-Du, the combination of Si-Ni-San and Shen-Qi-Wan was used in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, and the combination of Si-Ni-San and Gui-Zhi-Jia-Fu-Zi-Tang was used in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome. The results showed that Si-Ni-San is an important basic prescription in the dif- ferentiation treatment of qi stagnation syndrome in the book of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases with good therapeutic effects. It was concluded that the using of Si-Ni-San should not be limited to the treatment of certain disease location or symptom. When the disease mechanism is differentiated as qi stagnation, Si-Ni-San can be used.
