摘要
目的探讨早产儿脑电图监测对评估早产儿脑损害及脑功能的可行性。方法根据出生胎龄不同、早产儿体重不同分别分为3组,回顾性分析44例早产儿的临床脑电图监测资料。结果不同胎龄、不同体重患儿的中、重度异常脑电发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对称组与不对称组的1 min高波幅段数和BImax比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同Apgar评分早产儿异常脑电发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早产儿的胎龄、体重、Apgar评分及颅内出血与中重度脑电异常存在相关性,且其脑电异常程度与δ刷存在显著相关性。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of EEG monitoring in the assessment of brain damage and brain function with premature infant. Methods According to gestationa age and weight,all cases were divided into 3 groups. Clinical EEG monitoring data of 44 cases in premature infant were retrospectively analysed. Results The incidence rate of moderate and severe abnormal EEG in different gestational ages and different body weight children was compared respectively,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).l min section of high volatility and Blmax in symmetric group and asym- metric group was compared,with statistical difference (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of abnormal EEG in different Apgar score of premature infant was compared,with no statistical difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Gestational age,weight,Apgar score and intracranial hemorrhage of premature infant with moderate and severe abnormal EEG are correlated,the de- gree of abnormal EEG is significant related to δ brush.
