摘要
大学教师准入制度是对教师进入高校标准、程序等进行规定的制度,其建立和实施对于提高大学教师素质,推动大学发展具有重要意义。民国时期的大学教师准入制度准入对象、准入条件、准入等级、准入程序等教师准入制度进行了不断的修订和完善。这对当下我国大学教师准入制度的完善以及配套检定、进修制度的建立等有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
University teachers' admission system is the system that regulates the standards , procedures for teachers’recruitment into universities , and its establishment and implementation are good for improving university teachers'quality , and promoting the development of university . During the period of the Republic of China , university teachers'admission system is constantly revised and improved to access candidates , conditions , levels and procedures , w hich offers some enlightenment and reference for the improvement of current university teachers' admission system and its matched verification as well as the establishment of further study system for university teachers .
