摘要
思想政治工作是我党的优良传统和政治优势,也是石油企业永葆生机和活力的"生命线"。随着市场经济的不断深入发展,一些新情况、新问题将会随之出现。石油企业必须顺应新形势的发展,从观念、内容、教育方式方法、机制等方面加以创新,使思想政治工作与时俱进,更好地服务于石油企业的生产与经营,实现企业持续稳定和谐发展。
The ideological and political work is our party＇s fine tradition and political advantage, also the lifeline of petrole- um enterprises to maintain their vigor and vitality. With the development of market economy, some new situations and new problems will emerge. The development of oil enterprises must adapt to the new situation, innovate from the aspects of con- eept, content, education methods and mechanisms, make the ideological and political work keep pace with the times, to better serve the production and management of petroleum enterprises, and finally realize the sustainable and harmonious develop- ment.
