Effect of Different Doses Atorvastatin on Blood Lipid,Adiponectin and Inflammatory Cytokines in Patients Treated by Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

摘要 目的研究不同剂量的阿托伐他汀对冠脉介入术(PCI)后患者血脂、脂联素和炎性因子的影响。方法选择行PCI治疗的急性冠脉综合征患者126例,随机平均分为三组:A组患者(42例)给予阿托伐他汀20mg口服,B组患者(42例)给予阿托伐他汀40mg口服,C组患者(42例)给予阿托伐他汀80mg口服,1次/d。分别于用药前、用药后1周和4周测定患者血脂、脂联素、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果三组患者用药后血脂水平均较用药前明显改善,但C组改善更明显(P<0.05)。三组患者用药后脂联素水平均较用药前明显升高,但C组升高更明显(P<0.05)。三组患者用药后CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均较用药前明显降低,但C组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀不仅能够调节血脂,而且还可以升高脂联素水平,减轻PCI术后炎性反应,并呈剂量依赖性。 Objective to study the effect of different doses atorvastatin on blood lipid,adiponectin and inflammatory cytokines in Patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS)treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Meth-ods 126 cases with ACS were randomly divided into three groups,group A,group B and group C were respectively given 20 mg,40 mg,80 mg atorvastatin every day.Blood lipid,adiponectin,c-reactive protein (CRP),tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)and interleukin 6 (IL-6)levels were tested before the medication and after medication 1 week,4 week.Results After treatment,blood lipid levels of three groups all were improved significantly(P 〈0.05),adiponectin levels were significantly increased(P 〈0.05).CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 levels of three groups all were significantly low-er,but group C reduced more significantly(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin can not only regulate blood fat,but also increase adiponectin levels,reduce the PCI postoperative inflammatory reaction,and has dose dependent.
