摘要
本文重点研究经济结构调整中产业结构升级与金融支持的关系,分析金融支持产业结构调整的机理,并以陕西省为例,分析了自1990年至2012年金融发展对产业结构升级的支持作用。分析结果显示:金融发展水平和融资结构对产业优化结构的影响比较显著,特别是融资结构水平对第二产业的影响要远远大于对第三产业的影响,金融深化程度和融资规模水平对于产业结构调整的作用持续时间较长,金融效率对产业结构优化作用能够在短期内发挥作用,但持续的时间较短。在此基础上,提出了在产业发展方面突出支持新兴产业与现代服务业,并通过创新金融工具、优化融资结构等途径支持产业结构升级,实现金融发展与产业结构升级的良性互动和协调发展。
The paper mainly studies the relationship between the industrial structure upgrading and the financial support during the economic structure adjustment, analyzes the mechanism of the financial support for the industrial structure adjustment. And setting Shaanxi province as an example, the paper analyzes the support of the financial development for the industrial structure upgrading from 1990 to 2012. The results show that the impact of the financial development level and the financing structure on optimizing the industrial structure is more significant, especially the influence of the financing structure level on the secondary industry is far greater than the influence on the tertiary industry. The degree of the financial deepening and the level of the financing scale level affect the in- dustrial structure adjustment for a long time, while the financial efficiency can play a role in on the industrial structure optimization in the short term, but for a shorter time. Based on above analysis, the paper puts forward that new industries and modem service industry should be supported to develop the industry, the industrial structure upgrading should be supported through the innovation of financial tools and the optimization of the financing structure to realize the benign interaction and coordinated development of the financial de- velopment and the industrial structure upgrading.
