摘要
脊髓损伤(SCI)后的再生和修复仍是目前一大难点,目前研究认为其原因可归结为:神经元内在的再生能力不足、髓鞘再生困难、缺乏生长促进因子、在损伤区缺乏组织桥等,而雪旺细胞是周围神经的胶质细胞,包绕周围神经形成髓鞘,可分泌多种神经营养因子、细胞外基质、细胞粘附分子等,近几十年来,有关雪旺细胞治疗脊髓损伤的研究甚多,本文就此做一综述。
The regeneration and repair after spinal cord injury (SCI) remains a difficulty at present, k is be- lieved that the reasons can be attributed to: the shortcomings in the intrinsic regeneration ability of neurons, difficulty in myelin regeneration, lack of growth promoting factors, lack of organization and bridge in the damage zone. Schwann cells are glial cells of peripheral nerve, which wrap peripheral nerve myelination, secrete various neurotroph- ic factors, extracellular matrix, and cell adhesion molecules. In recent decades, a plethora of studies have focused on Schwann cell therapy for spinal cord injury. This review makes a summary on the research progress of Schwann cells.
