摘要
随着煤矿生产的开采,许多规模较大的煤矿已经开始步入资源衰败期,为了适应市场的发展和来自世界的挑战,煤矿领域必须整合优势,采取企业合并的手段,增强综合竞争力,为国内煤炭市场营造更高的利润。以山西煤矿为例,深入研究其在企业并购方面的形式与思路,归纳总结出一些可行性方案。
With the exploitation of coal mine production, many of the larger coal mine has started to enter the resource decline period, in order to adapt to the development of the market and the challenges from the world, coal field must integrate the advantage, take the merger of enterprises, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, to create more profits for the domestic coal market. Will take the Shanxi coal mine as an example, in-depth study of its M ＆ a form and idea in enterprise, sums up some feasible scheme.
