以内蒙古某矿区煤质为例煤中砷的赋存相关性分析

Analysis of the correlated occurrence of arsenic in coal based on the mine samples from the mining area in Inner Mongolia

摘要 采集内蒙古某矿区1#和2#井田主采煤层的煤样,分析煤样中的有机和无机组分,及煤中全硫和硫酸盐硫、硫化铁硫、有机硫三态的硫质量分数,并对煤样进行烧灼试验,测定了灰分中砷的质量比。运用SPSS软件,将煤中砷质量比与煤中有机和无机显微组分、全硫及三态硫质量分数分别进行一元回归分析。结果表明,煤中砷与有机显微组分中的半镜质组的相关系数为0.997,与无机显微组分黏土类、硫化物、碳酸盐的相关系数分别为0.998、1、0.981,呈正相关(p<0.05);煤中砷与全硫、硫化铁中硫和有机硫化物相关系数分别为0.986、0.979、0.991,呈显著正相关(p<0.001)。随着产灰率的增高,灰分中砷质量比也相应有增高趋势,二者存在显著线性关系。 The given study is to trace and analyze the content of organic and inorganic components in the coal by taking 1# and 2# coalfields in Inner Mongolia coal mine as the sample case study. In this paper, we have analyzed a total sulfide and three sulfur compound forms, in which we have found the sulfate sulfur, iron sulfide and organic sulfur from the primary coal-mining coal-bed. Later, we have examined and tested the occurrence of the arsenic in the ash just via the burning experiment. Further investigations have been done by us on the purpose to determine the relation between the arsenic content and the organic or inorganic constituents in the substance compound of the coal, the relation between the total sulfur and the three sulfur forms, and the residue of the arsenic in the ash respectively through the linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of our analysis indicate that there exists a positive correlation, whose correlation coefficient between the arsenic content in the coal and semi-vitrinite in the organic materials should be 0.997 ( p 〈0.05). The positive correlation has also been proved with the correlation coefficient between the arsenic content and inorganic materials of clay, sulfide, carbonate being 0.998, 1, 0.981 ( p 〈0.05), respectively. The same correlation can also be found with the correlation coefficient between arsenic content and the total sulfur, sulfide and organic sulfides being 0.986, 0.979, and 0.991 ( p 〈0.001), respectively. In other words, arsenic mainly exists in the inorganic and organic sulfide, whose average mass ratio of arsenic in the coal of the above said field turns to be about 2.904 μg/g in the raw coal whereas that tends to be about 1.754 μg/g in the ash residue after the combustion. The latter is found accounting for about 60.4% of the total arsenic in the raw coal.
