混合所有制经济越来越成为各种经济成分共同发展的基本途径,成为体现我国基本经济制度的基本形式,也成为我国企业的一种基本组织形式。混合所有制为有效解决目前多种经济成分共同发展方面存在的各种疑虑和社会矛盾提供了体制性通道,同时也为市场经济体制真正发挥配置资源的决定性作用,为推进资本化经营、整合资本资源、释放资本能量提供了体制平台。借助于混合所有制的发展,必将充分运用我国巨量社会资本,增强社会内在发展活力和动力,推动产业结构调整,实现经济可持续增长。
The mixed ownership economy has increasingly become the basic way of＇ the common development of various components of the economy, the basic form of the basic economic system in China, and also a basic tbrm of corporate structure in China. The mixed ownership provides an institutional channel to effectively resolve various doubts and social conflicts now fhcing the common development of economic entities under diverse ownership forms as well as an institutional platform for letting the market truly play a decisive role in the allocation of resources, promoting capital operations, integrating capital resources, and releasing the power of capital. With the help of the development of mixed ownership, it will make full use of Cbhm＇s massive social capital, strengthen the intrinsic driving force and vigor of＂ social development, promote the adjustment of industrial structure, and achieve sustainable economic growth.
