摘要
近年来,随着海上运输业和石油加工业的不断发展,溢油事故逐渐增多。因而,监控海洋溢油、预防海油污染、维护生态平衡具有重要的经济和社会现实意义。无人机以其部署快、成本低的特点成为海洋溢油低空监测的理想载体。提出将无人机技术应用于中国海域的低空溢油监测,对无人机海上监测航迹进行规划;以无人机飞行总航程及降落次数为变量、成本最低为目标函数,建立无人机海洋溢油监测最优巡航线路模型;利用模拟退火算法求解出较优路径,为无人机溢油监测的路径规划提供决策支持。最后,以环渤海湾多个采油点为实例进行路径选择,为我国低空海洋溢油监测系统的建立提供参考。
Oil spills have been increasing with the development of maritime transport and oil industry, so monitoring marine oil spilling, preventing sea oil pollution, and maintaining ecological balance are of great economic and social importance. The Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) is becoming an ideal platform for marine oil spill monitoring due to its rapid deployment and low cost. giving flight distance and number of landings as variables, the lowest cost as the objective function,a model of UAV's optimal path of marine oil spill monitoring is formulated, and the Simulated Annealing Algorithm is introduced to solve the model to get an acceptable optimal solution and provide a viable path for UAV. A plan for Bohai Bay to implement low-altitude oil spill monitoring by UAV is development for demon stration.
