摘要
为了减轻肺硬化性血管瘤患者的心理负担,提高手术耐受性,对28例肺硬化性血管瘤患者进行围手术期护理。护理要点为:术前适时心理干预,减轻负性情绪;积极控制基础疾病,提高手术耐受性;术后加强麻醉恢复期的监护;注重患者心理问题,规范呼吸道管理。使患者安全度过围手术期。
In order to reduce the psychological burden of patients with pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma and improve the operation tolerance,perioperative nursing focused on timely psychological intervention to alleviate negative emotions ,active control of primary diseases to improve the operation tolerance ,intensive monitoring during anesthesia recovery period and standardized management of respiratory tract. All the 28 patients went through the periopera- tive period safely.
