摘要
宣钢焦化厂针对运焦系统筛焦楼内冶金焦溜槽、双层振筛存在的问题,减小了溜槽的设计角度,使焦炭对溜槽的冲利作用变小,衬板的使用寿命延长8 ~10倍.将原来使用的1530双层振动筛改进为复合固振一体筛,减少了维修工作量,筛体的使用寿命延长2倍.
To solve the problems in metallurgical coke sliding channel and double - layer vibration screen of coke transportation system, the design angle of the sliding channel is decreased to make the scour of coke on channel weaker, and so the work life of the liner can be prolonged by 8 to 10 times. The original 1530 double - layer vibration screen is innovated into complex fixing - vibrating integrated screen, the maintenance work- load is reduced, use life of screen body prolonged by 2 times.
