脑缺血再灌注时血脑屏障损伤的炎性机制 被引量:17

摘要 脑缺血和再灌注过程中伴随着细胞因子、粘附分子表达和促发炎症的级联反应。白细胞粘附、聚集和迁移并产生大量的蛋白水解酶、氧自由基及花生四烯酸代谢产物 ,破坏脑毛细血管内皮细胞和基底膜 ,血脑屏障损害导致血管源性水肿和出血 ,加重继发性脑损伤。文章就脑缺血再灌注时血脑屏障损伤的炎性机制作了综述。
