吸入一氧化氮治疗大鼠急性肺损伤的实验研究

摘要 采用大鼠油酸型急性肺损伤模型,观察吸入20ppm一氧化氮对急性肺损伤的治疗作用。结果表明:吸入一氧化氮可选择性扩张肺血管,降低肺动脉压力,改善动脉氧合。降低血浆血管紧张素转换酶和支气管肺泡灌洗液中白蛋白的含量,减轻了肺组织损伤,且无明显的毒副作用。 It was studied that the effects of inhaled 20 ppm nitric oxide (NO) on acute lung injury and its mechanism. The rats were induced by oleic acid so as to obtain the model of acute lung injury. The results showed that inhaled NO could selectively cause pulmonary artery .dilatation, decrease pulmonary artery pressure, improve artery oxygena-tion, reduce the activity of angiotensin coverting enzyme in plasma and the level of albumin in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, and lessen the lung injury. At the same time, there was not any toxic effect found.
