摘要
采用正交试验方法,通过直观和方差分析,对影响锅炉效率的可以通过运行控制的4个因素:二次风配风方式,磨煤机组合方式,运行氧量,燃烧器摆角进行试验和分析,得到各因素影响程度的强弱关系,并得出最佳燃烧方式:二次风均匀配风,ABCDE磨组合,氧量3.6%,燃烧器摆角20°。
