摘要
目的：探讨眼针疗法对腰椎病疼痛的镇痛效果。方法：45例腰椎病患者为实验组，采取眼针联合体针治疗，65例患者为对照组，行常规针刺疗法，比较两组患者疗效与疼痛情况。结果：实验组痊愈率及总有效率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）；治疗后两组患者疼痛评分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05），且实验组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：眼针疗法可有效缓解腰椎患者的疼痛症状，效果良好。
Objective：To investigate the analgesic effect of ocular acupuncture therapy for pain that caused by lumbar spondylosis. Methods：45 cases of lumbar spondylosis patients were brought into experiment group and treated by ocular acupuncuture combined with body acupuncture, 65 cases of patients were brought into control group and treated by conventional acupuncture therapy, then compared the efficacy and analgesic effect of two groups. Results：The cured rate and total effective rate of experiment group were both higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）;after treatment, the pain score of two groups were both decreased （P〈0.05）, and the score of experiment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Ocular acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the pain of lumbar spondylosis, which has good curative effect.
