摘要
杜66火驱的过程中,由于火线推进不均,部分生产井单方向受效,影响了火驱区块整体开发效果,针对这种情况,采取了凝胶封堵技术,并在室内研究了HPAM浓度,甲醛浓度,混酚浓度,pH值对凝胶体系的影响,最终得出了封堵凝胶的配方,并对凝胶体系的阻力因子及残余阻力因子进行了研究,说明了凝胶具有高封堵能力、低油层伤害的性能,并在杜66块进行了现场的应用,现场结果表明:具有良好的稳油控气效果。
Due to the uneven advance firewire in Du 66 block.Part of the production wells in one direction by the effect,affecting the overall development in-situ combustion block effects. In this situation,the paper take the gel sealing technology, experimental research on the con- centration of HPAM,the concentration of formaldehyde, the concentration of mixed phenol, effect of pH on the gel system.Ultimately come to a closure of the gel formulation,and the re- sistance factor and residual resistance factor gel systems were studied,indicating plugging gel with high capacity,low oil hurt performance.Du 66 conducted a field of application,field re- suits showed that:a good stabilizing oil control gas effect.
