摘要
目的:应用药物经济学成本-效果(CEA)分析医院炮制的四种蜜炙中药的药物经济学意义。方法:选取医院炮制的四种蜜炙中药(黄芪、远志、麻黄、甘草)相关资料,与同期直接从市场采购的上述四种蜜炙中药炮制品进行比较,运用CEA分析二者间的成本-效果比B/C和净现值NPV。结果:医院加工炮制品的B/C及NPV均显著大于直接从市场采购的炮制品,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在合理用药、保证疗效的情况下,医院加工炮制品的成本-效果比及净现值更大,更有利于临床使用。医院炮制中药较直接从市场采购的炮制品在药物经济学上更有意义。
Objective：To analyse the pharmacoeconomics meaning hospital processing four with honey, used the effect of the appli- cation of pharmacoeconomics cost （CEA）. Methods：Four kinds of TCM processed with honey （Huang Qi, polygala root, ephedra, licorice） of the relevant information, with the same period in direct comparison of purchase from the market of these four kinds of honey processed products of traditional Chinese medicine, used the CEA analysis the cost-effectiveness among the two cost ratio（B/ C） and the net present value（NPV）. Results：B/C and NPV hospital Preparata were significantly greater than the direct purchase from the market of processed products, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In the rational use of drugs, to en- sure the efficacy condition, hospital Preparata cost-effectiveness ratio and NPV is greater, more conducive to clinical use, hospital processing of Chinese herbal medicine is directly from the market purchase processed products in drug economics more meaningful.
