摘要
在软土地区新建二线铁路以及既有路基工程升级改造引起既有铁路的沉降问题,是影响铁路安全运营的技术难点。针对既有加固方法的局限性,在不影响铁路正常运营的前提下,采用旋喷桩联合花管注浆技术对既有铁路软基加固处理进行研究,详细阐述旋喷桩联合花管注浆技术的原理、整个流程以及施工工艺,通过工程实例,验证该方法应用于既有铁路软基处理是可行有效的。
In the soft soil area, the problem of settlement caused by the construction of new second - line railway and ren- ovation of existing railway is a technical difficulty that will affect the safe operation of railways. Based on the limitations of the existing reinforcement methods, under the premise of not affecting the normal operation of railway, this paper con- ducts the research on soft foundation treatment using the technology of jet-grouted pile combined with perforated pipe grouting. It describes in detail the principle ,overall process and construction technology of the technology of jet-grouted pile combined with perforated pipe grouting and verifies the effectiveness of this method in the soft foundation treatment of existing railway.
