摘要
目的总结医院PACS/RIS系统的管理和维护经验,探讨其性能优化策略。方法对PACS/RIS系统的发展趋势以及本院PACS/RIS系统的基本概况做简单介绍,并总结本院多年来PACS/RIS系统的管理和维护经验,以期提前发现系统隐患,降低故障发生率,优化系统临床工作稳定性。结果 PACS/RIS是医院迈向信息化时代的重要标志,也是现代医学影像学发展的必然趋势,有效的管理与维护是降低PACS/RIS系统故障发生率,保证临床诊断和医疗工作顺利运转的关键环节。结论 PACS/RIS系统的应用是医学现代化发展的需要,其管理与维护尚没有统一标准,本院的经验总结可为相关技术人员提供参考和借鉴,利于PACS/RIS系统的性能优化。
Objective To summarize the hospital PACS/RIS system management and maintenance experience, explore the perfor- mance optimization strategy. Methods The basic situation of the development trend of PACS/RIS system and the PACS/RIS system is introduced, and the Institute for many years PACS/RIS system management and maintenance experience, in order to find vulner- abilities in advance, reduce the failure rate, optimize the system stability in clinical work. Results PACS/RIS is an important sym- bol of hospital information era, the development trend of modern medical imaging, effective management and maintenance of PACS/RIS system is to reduce the fault rate, a key step to ensure clinical diagnosis and medical work smoothly. Conclusion The application of PACS/RIS system is the need of medicine modernization development, its management and maintenance is no uni- form standard, the experience can provide reference for relevant technical personnel, performance optimization for PACS/RIS sys- tem.
