摘要
针对专业新、人数少、面向岗位任职等特点,根据小班教学模式的基本特征和主要优势,提出了实施小班教学要针对培训目标优化教学内容、强调学员个体创新教学方法、重视科研牵引改进教学手段、综合多元要素进行教学评价的具体做法;在此基础上,给出了进一步以岗位应用为主线,发挥教员的主导作用、重视学员的主体地位的改进建议.
In view of the features of new specialty, small number of students, position-oriented and others, this article brings forward a few specific implementation, such as optimizing the teaching contents for training goals in small-class teaching, stressing the teaching method of cadets’individual innovation, paying more attention to scientific research drawing and improving teaching means, and synthesizing multi-factors for teaching evaluation. Based on what is discussed in this article, it is suggested that the application position should be taken as the principal line, the leading role of teachers exerted and the dominant role of cadets valued.
