富水黄土浅埋段斜井冒顶处理技术 被引量:2

摘要 西部地区某煤矿副斜井富水黄土浅埋段施工中,发生了冒顶事故,难于处理。冒顶处斜长581.2m,距地面垂直距离约为48.5m。根据具体情况,采用壁后注浆堵水、工作面冒落区注浆充填加固等技术进行处理,取得了成功,使掘进工作得以安全顺利地进行。壁后注浆所用浆液主要为水泥-水玻璃双液浆,工作面冒落区注浆所用浆液为聚氨酯。现井筒已通过冒落段,进入正常段施工。 In a construction of a mine inclined shaft at the shallow depth of watery loess section of a mine in Western China ,a roof falling accident was occurred and was hard to handle .A inclined length of the roof falling area was 581 .2m and a vertical depth to the surface ground was 48.5m.According to the certain conditions ,a backfill grouting to seal water and a grouting backfilling and reinforcement to the roof falling area of the heading face and other technology were applied to handle the roof falling . The grouting and reinforcement were successful and the inclined shaft heading were safety and suc-cessfully conducted .The grout for the backfill grouting were mainly the cement-sodium silicate double grout and the grout for the grouting in the roof falling area of the heading face was polyurethane .The mine incline shaft was passed through the roof falling area and was in a normal construction.
