摘要
目的通过改造、规范手术室急诊交接班程序,探讨此形式对手术室急诊手术护理工作质量的影响。方法分析现有交接班流程存在的问题,。对手术室急诊手术交班时间、形式、内容进行了改造、规范、充实,建立一套标准化急诊手术交班程序。并通过自制调查表,调查规范手术室急诊交接班程序和内容后的效果。结果实施新的交接班程序后,值班组对仪器设备的了解程度达到97.5%,急诊手术情况的全面了解达到97.5%,护士的满意度达到99%。结论实施新的交接班程序后,提高了护士的工作效率及工作质量,赢得了抢救时间,为挽回患者的生命提供了保障。
Objective Through the transformation of standardized emergency operation room, shift process and content, dis-cusses the form of emergency operation in the operating room the influence on the quality of nursing work. Method Analysis of exist-ing shift process exists. To transform the operating room emergency surgery shift time, form, content, standardize, enrich, to estab-lish a standardized emergency surgery shift program. And through the self-made questionnaire, to investigate the effect standardize the operating room emergency shift program and content. Results The implementation of new relief program the group on duty of instru-ments are familiar to 97. 5%, emergency operation to fully understand the situation reached 97. 5%, the nurse’s satisfaction is 99%. Conculsion The implementation of new relief program, strengthen the communication, improve the work efficiency and the quality of nurses’ work, won the rescue time and provide the safeguard for restore the patient’s life.
