两种吸乳器在母婴分离情况对产妇泌乳的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨在早期母婴分离情况下使用手动吸乳器和电动吸乳器对产妇泌乳的影响。方法2013年1-6月在我院住院分娩由于早产、新生儿窒息、母亲由于医学指征需要暂停母乳喂养的产妇60例,随机分为研究组30例和对照组30例。分别对研究组使用电动吸乳器,对照组使用人工吸乳器进行早期乳房按摩刺激。观察两组产妇泌乳始动时间、泌乳量及乳房肿胀发生情况。结果研究组产妇泌乳始动时间提前,泌乳量增多,乳房肿胀发生率降低,与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论使用电动吸乳器较人工吸乳器能在母婴分离的早期有效促进早泌乳,降低乳房肿胀发生率,提高母乳喂养成功率。 Objective To study the maternal lactation by using manual breast pump and electric breast pump during early maternal separation. Methods Choosed 60 cases in our hospital childbirth because of premature birth, neonatal asphyxia, mother because of medical indications need to stop breast feeding mothers from January to June 2013,randomly divided into two groups. The test group use electric pump, control group using manual breast pump to massage breast during early lactation period. Observe two groups of maternal lactation initiating time, lactigenous volume and breast swelling degree. Results The test group maternal lactation initiating time, early lactigenous volume increase, the incidence of breast swelling decrease, all have significant differ-ence compared with the control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion Use electric breast pumps was better than manual breast pump during early maternal separation for promotion early lactation, increased lactigenous volume, decreased the incidence of breast swelling, thus improve the success rate of breast feeding.
