摘要
抗生素在养禽业中的泛滥使用，不但造成家禽免疫力下降，养殖成本和风险增加，其药物残留更威胁到人类健康，抗菌肽是生物体产生的小分子多肽，与传统抗生素相比具有无药残，不易产生耐药性等特点，是抗生素理想的替代品，本文就抗菌肽及其在养禽业中的应用研究进行了详细的探讨。
The abuse of antibiotics in the poultry industry reduces the immunity of poultry, and increases the cost and risk of breeding. In addition, the drug residues threaten human health. Antimicrobial peptides are small peptides produced by living organisms. Compared with traditional antibiotics, they have many advantages such as no drug residues, less likely to develop drug re- sistance. Therefore, antimicrobial peptides are ideal alternatives to antibiotics. In this paper, an- timicrobial peptides and its application in poultry industry are discussed in detail.
