合成了新试剂5-[(对-甲氧苯基)偶氮]-8-氨基喹啉(MOPAQ)。在阳离子表面活性剂TPB存在下,在酸性介质中MOPAQ与钯形成1:1的紫蓝色配合物,其最大吸收位于565nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=6.7×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。钯量在0~10μg/25ml符合比尔定律。方法已用于钯催化剂中微量钯的测定。
In this paper, 5-(4-methoxyphenylazo)-8-aminoquinoline (MOP AQ) has been synthesized. The product was checked by elemental analysis and IR. A simple, rapid and selective spectrophotometric method using this reagent has been developed for the determination of palladium in aqueous. In the presences of TPB, MOPAQ reacts with palladium in acidic medium, forming a violet -blue complex in the ratio of 1 : 1. Maximum absorbance of the complex is at 565nm with molar absorptivity 6.7×10~4L · mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer/ s law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0~0. 4ppm of palladium. This method has better selectivity. It has been used for the determination of microamount palladium in catalysts, and good results are obtained.
