如何提高留学生生理学实验的教学质量

摘要 随着国际化教育工作的不断深入,新疆医科大学充分利用区住优势,在医学人才国际化教育中取得了显著的成效.生理学实验是医学留学生的必修课,但是由于文化、思维习惯、基础教育方式上的差异,如何更切实地提高留学生的学习质量、增强其专业素养仍是一个很有挑战的问题.本教研室在长期教授留学生生理实验课的过程中,从文化融入、教材遴选、课程安排、教法应用等方面系统地探索并总结了教学中遇到的问题和改进措施,从而形成了行之有效的教学模式. With the deepening of international education work,Xinjiang Medical University has taken full use of regional advantages and has gained remarkable achievements. Physiology experiments are compulsory.How to improve the students' learning quality and enhance their capabilities more effectively is still a great challenge.With long--term physiology teaching of foreign students,We summarize the key elements which play important roles in teaching,including the selection of teaching materials,curriculum arrangement,teaching methods and etc.Finally,we has explored the application of some theories and skills,and summarizes the problems we encountered during the process of teaching, then an effective teaching mode is formed.
