摘要 目的优选菊葛天麻颗粒最佳醇提工艺及成型工艺。方法应用正交试验优化最佳醇提工艺,以吸湿百分率、制粒情况、口感为指标,优选菊葛天麻颗粒成型工艺条件。结果菊葛天麻颗粒最佳醇提工艺为70%乙醇,每次加入5倍量,提取3 h,提取3次。最佳成型工艺为浸膏粉:辅料(1:2)、蔗糖:糊精(1:1)比例混合,用70%乙醇为润湿剂制粒,用量约为混合浸膏粉的20%。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可靠,为菊葛天麻颗粒的生产提供了依据。 Objective To optimize the alcohol-extraction condition and preparation process of Juge Tianma Granules. Methods The optimal alcohol-extraction condition was selected by orthogonal design. With particle size, granulating moisture absorption rate and the taste as indexes, the preparation process was optimized. Results The optimal alcoholextraction condition was extraction with five-fold of adding-amount of 70 % ethanol for 3 hours each time and total extracting 3 times. The optimal preparation process was as follows: the rate of extract powder to accessories of 1:2, the mixing rate of sucrose to dextrin of 1: 1, 70 % alcohol as the wetting agent with about 20 % of the mixed extract powder dosage. Conclusion The optimized alcohol-extraction condition and preparation process can be stable and feasible, which can provide the basis for the production of Juge Tianma Granules.
